Who is responsible
Vorma Web is a one person business run by Filipp Gofman in Enschede. If you have a question about your data, email filipp@vormaweb.nl or send a message on WhatsApp to +31 6 16 60 49 11.
What this website stores
This website has no database and no server side form handling. The contact form does not send anything by itself: it opens WhatsApp on your own device with a message already written, and you decide whether to send it. If you do send it, the conversation is stored in WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms, and in my phone.
Two things are stored in your own browser, not on any server:
- vw-consent, your answer to the cookie question, kept for 180 days.
- Nothing else. There is no login, no profile and no advertising code.
Website statistics
If you accept, this website loads Google Analytics 4, which counts visits, shows which sections are read and which contact buttons are used. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id>. IP addresses are shortened by Google before storage, and the data is not used for advertising or shared with advertisers.
If you decline, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser, which brings the question back.
Hosting
This website is hosted with Hostinger. Like any web server, the hosting platform keeps standard technical logs, which can include your IP address, for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask me to delete it. Email filipp@vormaweb.nl and I will answer within 30 days. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If this website starts using anything new, such as embedded maps, video or a booking system, this page is updated before that goes live.
